The lightning damage part of both Charged Strike and Lightning Fury will always hit, so AR is not needed. Damage comes from +skills and +IAS (instead of FCR). Chest: ebug Fort RW, ebug Treachery RW, ebug Stone RWĮdit: Advice for a new Javazons: the build is that of an abnormal caster (think lightning sorc, but focus on IAS instead of FCR). Shield: Stormshield, Phoenix RW, JMoD with facets, or Spirit RW acceptable but not great.
